We are presently remodeling the food court, dining room and kitchen for the University Plaza Residence Hall, located on the Northern Illinois Campus, De Kalb Illinois. The outdated dishwashing system has been removed and a new system added in the rear of the kitchen. The food service areas have been separated into different menus, offering the students a variety of choices and freshly prepared food. This unit will be open in time for the fall term.
